Speech Language Pathologist
Monday-Friday (Saturday available at a higher compensation rate)
Responsibilities
- Meet productivity requirements
- Implement diagnostic assessments for a wide range of clinical deficits
- Develop therapy and treatment plans for identified disorders
- Maintain required patient documentation
- Collaborate with related providers to ensure quality of care
- Provide continuous parent education
- Motivated to pursue continue education related to caseload needs and impairments
Qualifications
- Current Texas State Board of Examiners SLP license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences
- Current ASHA license
- Two years of experience (preferred)
- Experience working with pediatric feeding disorders
- Experience using an electronic medical record to maintain patient documentation
Occupational Therapist

Billing & Reimbursement Coordinator
Remote position
Responsibilities
- Review patient records to ensure timely and compliant billing of claims
- Perform billing and collections activity to ensure account integrity and appropriate reimbursement
- Edit and process claims efficiently, identify errors and rejects, resolve billing problems to generate clean claims
- Develop and utilize reports to perform billing reconciliation, as well as track trends and other potential implications
- Review and recommend changes to charge capture documents to facilitate accurate and comprehensive billing
- Conduct client benefit checks
- Maintain accurate client insurance and financial records in the electronic medical record
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (or higher), and/or technical certification in medical billing/coding
- 2+ years of experience in patient, client, or third-party insurance billing (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a collaborative environment
- Previous call center experience in a medical billing environment
- Ability to establish/maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and customers
- Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritization and planning of work activities

- Supervise and engage with children during camp activities
- Implement fun and educational activities
- Ensure safety and well-being of all campers
