Speech Language Pathologist
Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas state licensure or eligibility

Occupational Therapist
Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations
- Create individualized treatment programs
- Provide hands-on therapy in a fun, engaging environment
- Work collaboratively with families and team members
- Document progress and adjust treatment as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Texas state licensure or eligibility
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of sensory integration techniques
- Team-oriented mindset
Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under SLP supervision
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Assist with documentation and data collection
- Support client progress toward goals
- Maintain a positive therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or related field
- Current Texas SLPA licensure or eligibility
- Experience working with children preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for helping children succeed
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Carry out OT treatment plans under supervision
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities
- Track and report client progress
- Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team
- Create a fun and supportive therapy experience
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from accredited COTA program
- Current Texas COTA licensure or eligibility
- Pediatric experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and adaptable approach to therapy
