    Speech Language Pathologist

    Monday-Friday

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients
    • Collaborate with families and other professionals
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Current Texas state licensure or eligibility

    • Experience with pediatric population preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Occupational Therapist

    Monday-Friday

    Responsibilities

    • Perform occupational therapy evaluations
    • Create individualized treatment programs
    • Provide hands-on therapy in a fun, engaging environment
    • Work collaboratively with families and team members
    • Document progress and adjust treatment as needed

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Current Texas state licensure or eligibility
    • Pediatric experience preferred
    • Knowledge of sensory integration techniques

    Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

    Responsibilities

    • Implement treatment plans under SLP supervision
    • Prepare therapy materials and activities
    • Assist with documentation and data collection
    • Support client progress toward goals
    • Maintain a positive therapeutic environment

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or related field
    • Current Texas SLPA licensure or eligibility
    • Experience working with children preferred
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Enthusiasm for helping children succeed

    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

    Monday-Friday

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out OT treatment plans under supervision
    • Engage clients in therapeutic activities
    • Track and report client progress
    • Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team
    • Create a fun and supportive therapy experience

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree from accredited COTA program
    • Current Texas COTA licensure or eligibility
    • Pediatric experience a plus
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Creative and adaptable approach to therapy
